Casino de Charlevoix opened in 1994 in the Manoir Richelieu's former summer playhouse. It was the first Québec casino linked to a hotel, and dinner here still follows that link. One restaurant sits inside the casino; four belong to the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu next door, a hotel of 405 rooms and suites.
St-Hubert Signé Casino is the casino's own, a restaurant and pub with counter service and a takeout counter. Like the bar, it admits people 18 or older.
The hotel side starts early. Le Bellerive Café is a small café with coffee, juice and pastries, open from 6:30 a.m. Le Bellerive serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, while Le Saint-Laurent is a dinner room. Le Point Cardinal, the golf clubhouse, opens in golf season with a limited dining menu. All four hotel restaurants are open to all ages, and no dish is described here that the venue does not name.

St-Hubert Signé Casino serves Sunday to Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Its Friday and Saturday hours are left out, because the venue's own pages disagree on them. The takeout counter is open every day until 9 p.m.
At the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu, Le Bellerive Café opens every day from 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Le Bellerive serves every day. Casino de Charlevoix, operated by Loto-Québec, keeps its gaming floor open on its own schedule. Sunday to Thursday it runs from 9 a.m. to midnight; Friday and Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. It is open on statutory holidays.
